Catalina Bonet Nicolau

Neuropsychologist

I am a Chartered Health Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist. I support individuals of all ages (children, adults, and older people) to overcome their difficulties and regain control of their lives.

Specialising in neuropsychological assessment and intervention, as well as psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, occupational stress, trauma, and relationship issues.

My approach combines a compassionate, warm, and tailored service with the rigor of scientific evidence (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I do not apply one-size-fits-all formulas: I work with you to understand the root cause of your distress and build practical tools to restore peace and functionality to your daily life and family environment.
