A Private Recovery Process Built Around You

Recovery should never begin with a standard programme. It should begin with understanding the person.

At REQUOVERY every journey is designed around the individual: their circumstances, clinical needs, responsibilities, personal environment and reasons for seeking support. From the first confidential conversation to residential care in Mallorca and the transition back home, each stage is coordinated with discretion, clinical oversight and continuity in mind.

Our role is to create the conditions in which you can step away from external pressures, receive focused professional support and work towards greater stability, clarity and control.

How the REQUOVERY process works

The REQUOVERY process is intentionally personal. There is no fixed pathway that every client is expected to follow.

Before a programme is defined, we seek to understand what is happening, what support may be appropriate and what practical considerations need to be taken into account. From there, the clinical, therapeutic and residential elements are organised around one individual.

  1. A confidential first conversation

The process begins privately.

You, a family member or a trusted professional can contact REQUOVERY to explain the circumstances and discuss the type of support being considered. Initial information is handled with particular attention to confidentiality and discretion.

This first conversation helps our team understand the situation before considering the next steps. It is also an opportunity to discuss practical requirements, preferences and any concerns surrounding privacy, travel or time away from professional and personal responsibilities.

No two enquiries are treated as identical.

  1. Preparing your stay in Mallorca

Once the initial requirements have been considered, the residential setting can be organised around the client.

REQUOVERY programmes usually begin in a private villa in Mallorca, selected to provide calm, discretion and separation from the demands of everyday life. Travel arrangements can also be coordinated, including private transport from the airport to the accommodation.

The villa is not intended to be a conventional treatment facility. It provides a private environment in which the professional team comes to the client, allowing care to take place with fewer external distractions and a high level of personal space.

Depending on individual circumstances, a client may stay alone or be accompanied by family.

  1. Comprehensive clinical assessment

Personalisation starts with assessment, not assumptions.

A detailed medical, psychological and neuropsychological evaluation can form part of the initial phase. Its purpose is to develop a clearer understanding of the individual’s current situation, relevant patterns and therapeutic needs.

This assessment informs a personalised treatment plan and helps determine which specialists, therapeutic resources and forms of support should be integrated into the programme.

Where addiction or substance dependency is involved, the need for medical detoxification is considered individually. Depending on clinical circumstances, detox may be provided in situ or coordinated with an appropriate specialised centre.

  1. A personalised therapeutic programme

Once the assessment has been completed, the programme is structured around the person rather than around a predetermined timetable.

Depending on the individual case, care may involve professionals from psychiatry, psychology, neuropsychology, nursing and other therapeutic disciplines, supported where appropriate by physiotherapy, physical training, nutrition, mindfulness and complementary approaches.

The objective is not to include every available therapy. It is to identify the combination of clinical and supportive resources that is appropriate for that particular person.

REQUOVERY programmes are fully personalised and may range from approximately one week to one month, depending on individual needs and professional assessment.

  1. One-to-one recovery in a private setting

Privacy at REQUOVERY is part of the structure of care, rather than an additional service.

The residential model is designed around individual attention, with the clinical, therapeutic and support team brought into the client’s private environment. This allows schedules, sessions and daily routines to respond more closely to the progress and requirements of the individual.

The wider environment also has a role.

Time in Mallorca offers physical distance from habitual pressures and routines. Natural light, outdoor space, the Mediterranean landscape and a quieter rhythm can support rest and reflection while the clinical work remains at the centre of the programme.

Nutrition, movement and carefully selected activities may also form part of the stay where they support the individual treatment plan.

Recovery does not end when you leave Mallorca

A residential stay is one stage of a wider recovery process.

Before departure, attention turns towards reintegration: returning to professional responsibilities, relationships, familiar environments and everyday routines without losing the progress made during the residential phase.

Where appropriate, follow-up and aftercare can continue once the client has returned to their country of origin. The purpose is to maintain continuity, coordinate the next stage of care and provide structured support beyond the private residential setting.

Recovery develops over time. REQUOVERY therefore approaches departure not as an endpoint, but as a transition.

A process designed for discretion

REQUOVERY is designed for people whose circumstances may make conventional treatment environments particularly difficult.

This can include executives, entrepreneurs, public figures, international families and individuals whose professional or personal position requires a high degree of confidentiality. Families, private doctors, psychiatrists, personal assistants and other trusted advisors may also be involved in exploring the most appropriate route into care.

Whatever the circumstances, the principle remains the same: understand the person first, then build the programme around them.

Begin with a confidential conversation

You do not need to arrive with every answer.

The first step is simply to explain what is happening and allow the team to understand your circumstances. From there, REQUOVERY can consider the appropriate clinical, practical and residential requirements with you.

Speak with our team in complete confidence.

/FAQS

What happens after I first contact REQUOVERY?

The first stage is a confidential conversation focused on understanding your circumstances, needs and practical requirements. If REQUOVERY is considered an appropriate option, the next steps can include arranging the stay in Mallorca and beginning a more detailed professional assessment before the personalised programme is defined.

How long does a REQUOVERY programme last?

There is no standard duration for every client. Programmes are personalised according to individual circumstances and may range from approximately one week to one month. The appropriate timeframe is considered as part of the assessment and treatment-planning process.

Is the same treatment programme used for every client?

No. Each programme is developed around the individual. Clinical assessment helps determine which professionals, therapies and supportive resources may be appropriate. The objective is to create a coherent treatment plan rather than apply a predetermined package.

Where does the residential programme take place?

The first phase usually takes place in a private villa in Mallorca. The setting is selected to provide discretion, personal space and distance from the pressures of everyday life while allowing the clinical, therapeutic and support team to work directly with the client.

Can my family accompany me?

Depending on the circumstances, clients may travel to Mallorca alone or accompanied by family. The most appropriate arrangement can be considered as part of the planning process, taking privacy, therapeutic needs and the individual situation into account.

What happens after the residential programme?

Reintegration and continuity are considered part of the wider recovery process. Where appropriate, follow-up and aftercare can continue after the client returns home, helping to provide structure and continuity beyond the residential phase.
