When you feel that something has changed
Perhaps you have been noticing changes in someone you care about for a while now. They are exhausted. More irritable. Sleeping poorly. They have isolated themselves. Drinking or using medication more than usual. Living in a constant state of worry. No longer enjoying the things that used to matter to them.
Perhaps they are still working, taking care of their family, and meeting their responsibilities. But you know that something is not right.
And when you try to speak to them, they might reply that nothing is wrong, that it will pass, that they are just tired, have too much work, or do not need help. It is not always easy to acknowledge that we need to stop.
Sometimes, the person who is suffering cannot see clearly. Sometimes, asking for help is not easy. Especially for those who need it most.
That is why your role is not to diagnose them or find the perfect words.

REQUOVERY also supports the family
It is not always easy to know what to do when someone you love is struggling. At REQUOVERY, we can also listen to the family, understand the situation, and offer guidance on how to approach the first step.
With the appropriate authorization, we can incorporate the information provided by close family and friends into our assessment of the individual, because a person's recovery also impacts those around them.

for professionals
When your patient needs more than a consultation
Psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals may encounter patients who need something different from what their usual environment can offer them at that time. People who have been trying to keep going for months or years. Patients under sustained pressure. Professionals experiencing burnout. Individuals with anxiety, dependency, or emotional distress who need to pause and temporarily step away from the circumstances that are hindering their recovery.
In these cases, REQUOVERY offers an individualized residential process in Mallorca, complete with assessment, medical and therapeutic monitoring, and guidance throughout the entire journey.
a complementary
resource for your Practice
REQUOVERY does not seek to replace the relationship between a patient and their primary care professional. We work to complement it when an individual can benefit from an intensive period of distance, recovery, and personal work.
With the appropriate authorizations, we can liaise and coordinate information with their primary professionals before, during, and after the programme.
The objective is to ensure continuity in the process, so that the patient does not have to start from scratch.
When might REQUOVERY be suitable?
REQUOVERY may be an option to consider when a person:
- Needs to step away temporarily from their usual environment.
- Is experiencing a prolonged situation of stress or pressure.
- Presents symptoms of anxiety, burnout, or emotional distress that are interfering with their daily life, having tried other treatments without success.
- Needs a protected space to undertake deeper therapeutic work.
- Has attempted to maintain their daily routine without managing to regain their balance.
- Could benefit from a combination of different disciplines and professionals.
- Needs to work not only on the present moment, but also on habits and coping mechanisms for their daily life.
Each case requires an individual assessment, and we can collaborate to determine the best treatment path.
How do we work with the primary professional?
Before
With the patient’s authorization, we can gather relevant clinical information from their primary professionals to better understand their history and current situation. If the assessment indicates that they require preliminary treatment before starting at REQUOVERY, we can help coordinate it.
During
The patient benefits from a multidisciplinary team and continuous monitoring. Where appropriate and with authorization, we maintain necessary communication with the primary professional to support the continuity of the process.
After
Returning to their usual environment is a fundamental part of recovery. REQUOVERY provides an After Care plan that enables the patient to translate the insights and tools developed during their stay into daily life, while maintaining professional support where necessary.
Before. During. After.
The patient is supported every step of the way.
When taking care of your client also means knowing when they need to stop
Solicitors, family offices, advisors, and other trusted professionals are often the first to notice that something is wrong.
A client may continue to make decisions, run a company, attend to their responsibilities, and maintain an appearance of normality while experiencing severe burnout, anxiety, or personal decline.
Sometimes, the most important thing is not helping them to carry on, but helping them to stop.
REQUOVERY offers a private, confidential environment where individuals can step back temporarily, receive a professional assessment, and begin a recovery process tailored to their specific needs.
A resource for when you need to offer an alternative
If you believe your client needs to pause and regain their balance, we can hold an initial discussion with you to understand the situation and assess whether REQUOVERY might be appropriate.
The decision to begin the process always rests with the individual.
Our role is to provide a safe space where they can receive information, feel heard, and explore their options.
A program
designed for
every individual
No two stories are identical. That is why no two recovery processes are ever the same.
Every REQUOVERY program is tailored individually around the clinical, emotional, and personal needs of each patient.
